All it took was a clever album title to lure a host of special guests to the new project from Assembly of Dust. In fact, they’re called “guest virtuosos,” not “special guests,” on the new record, aptly titled Some Assembly Required. Who are the virtuosos? Try these names on for size: Richie Havens, David Grisman, Mike Gordon, Bela Fleck, John Scofield, Tony Rice, Keller Williams and Grace Potter are among them. Not too shabby.
