“I can talk about music till the cows come home”
Drew Barrymore could not be more excited about the soundtrack to her new movie Whip It!. In fact she’s so into the music we forgot to ask her what the movie’s about! But no matter – the movie starts this Friday so you can find out for yourself. The soundtrack, however, is available today, and it rocks.

Ellen Page plays Bliss, the hero of Whip It!, who goes from beauty pageant misfit to “Babe Ruthless,” a derby girl with an attitude. It’s this character that inspired the soundtrack, says Drew, in particular the Peaches track Boys Wanna Be Her:
